We want motivated self-starters who are willing to tackle a new project and who embrace learning. The Market Based Management™ philosophy requires employees of Koch companies to have a vision for a better way to do something...and the courage to try and change existing conditions.

After a student submits a resume and application at www.kochcollegerecruiting.com, Koch College Recruiting reviews each applicant’s resume and contacts the selected students to schedule an interview. Those selected to interview for summer internships and full-time positions will be contacted for interviews throughout September and October the prior year.
Koch College Recruiting posts the jobs at www.kochcollegerecruiting.com and begins accepting applications in late August. Select students will be contacted for on-campus interviews, and the finalists are invited to on-site interviews at our Wichita, KS headquarters with Koch employees.
An on-campus interview is typically 20-30 minutes with a Koch company employee. It’s an opportunity for the interviewer to ask you a series of questions related to your experiences, and it also provides a chance for you to ask questions about Koch and affiliated companies.
On many campuses, an information session about Koch companies is held the evening prior to the interviews. This allows you to meet multiple representatives from Koch companies and find out more about the opportunities available. You can also learn about the work environment, company culture, career opportunities, and other information that will help you decide whether a Koch company is the right company for you.
After your campus interview, a Koch company representative will contact you within 2 weeks if they would like to speak with you further. If the campus interviewer is unable to match your skills and background with our current opportunities, you will be notified by e-mail.
On-site interviews take place at the corporate headquarters in Wichita, KS. The evening before interviews, students are invited to join Koch employees for dinner. Each candidate meets with a host, a recent college hire that can offer a personal perspective and additional knowledge about Koch companies. Dress for this event is business casual (khaki pants, collared shirts, casual skirts, slacks, etc.).
The morning of your on-site interviews, you’ll arrive at Koch and be escorted to each interview by your host. After a series of 2-4 interviews, each lasting 30-45 minutes, you will finish with a closing survey and learn what to expect next in the process. Typically, you receive a response from your interview within 2 weeks of your on-site interview.
