Habitat for Humanity Project – Summer 2011
Part of the internship experience at Koch companies is the opportunity to make a difference that lasts far beyond the summer. Our interns create long-term value every day by helping us provide products that are used globally for food, clothing, shelter, transportation and more. But sometimes the best way to make life better is by getting out of the office.
We include an annual community service project within our internship program that gives students a chance to work together to meet local needs. This year, we've partnered with Habitat for Humanity and other area volunteers to show what can be achieved when we make the most of a day.

The products of Koch companies are widely used to construct new homes and businesses. In 2008, this time-lapse video was filmed as our employees rebuilt a house in the tornado-ravaged town of Greensburg, Kansas.
