The Koch Rising Leaders Summit is your exclusive chance to apply and interview for internships, explore future career opportunities, gain exposure to Koch business leaders, network with campus alumni and get to know our unique business philosophy.
WHO IS INVITED?
Select students will be invited to attend the summit on June 18-19, 2019, at our global headquarters in Wichita, Kansas.
WHAT IF I DON’T LIVE IN WICHITA?
Hotel, mileage and meal expenses are covered for students who must travel.

WHAT'S THE SELECTION PROCESS?
Applications will be reviewed based on academic achievements, university organizations and activities, relevant work experience, and honors and awards. Selected applicants will receive an interview request, and selected interviewees will be invited to attend the Koch Rising Leaders Summit.
IF I APPLY FOR KOCH RISING LEADERS, DO I ALSO HAVE TO APPLY FOR INTERNSHIPS?
Students attending the Rising Leaders Summit are given the opportunity to apply and interview for internships. We hope that you’ll want to explore the internship, co-op and full-time career opportunities available at Koch companies. However, a commitment to an employment offer is not required to participate in the Koch Rising Leaders Summit.
WHAT HAPPENS AT THE EVENT?
It’s a little bit of learning and a whole lot of fun. Think dinners, engaging activities, leadership panels, speakers, business shadowing and breakout sessions specific to your interests. You’ll also get to dive deep into our company culture and even apply and interview for internships.
